AWARENESS IN
EXERCISING
As of June 22, 2014, it's the first time I attended a
fitness class was subjected to a sports center in Jakarta, before I include
people who are so lazy to exercise, because lately I've been feeling that my
body is getting big and easily tired when doing the activity. By the first
sport I follow the Zumba class, initially I was a bit hesitant, if I can deal
with the body in a manner such as this, but after I tried it turned out sports
really is very useful for the body, at the time of the move and sweat I gushed
out, it feels like my body feels lighter even if it somewhat feels sore . when
finished sport, but since that time till now I am almost every day doing
sports, though in one day only 1-2 hoursbecause I think from now on I have to
get used to the pattern of healthy living, so as not to regret later .
